At 5 Oaks Farm, we believe that healthy communities, like healthy farms, grow from the ground up. Regenerative agriculture teaches us to care for the invisible life in the soil—the microbes and fungi that nourish our plants. We apply
that same principle to our community.
Our mission is to cultivate the “soil” of our community: feeding families that are often overlooked, mentoring students like young saplings, and calling our neighbors together to take care of one another and the garden where God has placed us.
Growing to Give
Generosity is at the heart of our harvest. Donations help support 5 Oaks Farm’s community food and education programs, while the farm contributes its own food, facilities, staff time, and resources to expand the impact of that support.
Through our partnerships with local food pantries, schools, colleges, and nonprofits, we’re building relationships that improve access to fresh food and create meaningful opportunities for hands-on learning.
Service Learning
We believe the farm is a classroom. Alongside nourishing our community, donor support helps us provide educational opportunities, hands-on agricultural experiences, mentorship, and service-learning opportunities for local students.
Our work has been honored with the Excellence in Service-Learning: Outstanding Community Partner Award by the College of Coastal Georgia—recognition of our commitment to raising up the next generation of leaders.
Caring for Each Other & for Nature
Our faith in Christ infuses everything we do. Food is not just a commodity—it is a miracle of God’s grace. In every seed planted and every meal shared, we seek to honor our Creator by living more like Him.
